You create a payment order with the exact amount, and your customer transfers that amount to your wallet and enters the transaction reference on your payment page. The wallet's confirmation SMS reaches your monitoring phone, the app forwards it to Esaalat, and when the reference and amount match, the payment is verified instantly.
No. They just transfer the amount from their usual wallet app and enter the reference your payment page asks for. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Esaalat works with the major local wallet providers in Yemen. The current list is on this page. Connect any wallet account you own from the dashboard, and we keep adding more providers.
From the dashboard, open the Wallets tab, press Add Wallet, choose your provider and enter your wallet's account number exactly as it appears in your wallet app. We recommend access points over direct phone numbers whenever your wallet provides them: every transfer to an access point carries a unique transaction reference, so payments verify automatically, which makes them the safer choice. Your wallet's phone number is supported too: add it the same way, but transfers made to a phone number may not produce a reference, so they can't always be verified automatically. Payments must also arrive at the exact wallet the order belongs to. Cross-wallet transfers are never accepted.
