Welcome to Esaalat, the Payment Verification Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Esaalat.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Esaalat, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Users must be residents of Yemen or authorized to conduct business in Yemen.
Who needs an Esaalat account, and who does not:
An Esaalat account belongs to a business, merchant or developer. It lets you register the wallet accounts you receive money on, link the phones that monitor them, create payment orders, and integrate with our REST API and webhooks.
Your customers never create an Esaalat account. They open the payment link you send them and transfer the amount from their own wallet app.
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date. We do not ask for identity documents and we do not carry out identity verification. Failing to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Esaalat is a payment verification layer that works with the wallet accounts you already hold in Yemen. Your customers transfer money directly to your own wallet, and Esaalat verifies that each transfer matches the order it belongs to. Our platform enables:
Esaalat is not a bank, a money transfer service or a payment processor, and it never holds or moves funds. Money always moves directly from your customer's wallet to your own wallet, outside Esaalat. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any wallet provider: we only read the confirmation alerts your wallet sends to your own phone.
Esaalat is a paid subscription service. Plans are billed monthly in Yemeni riyal, and each plan's price and inclusions are shown on our Pricing page before you subscribe and in your dashboard afterwards. Every new account starts with a 14 day free trial, with no card required. Esaalat takes no commission and no percentage of the payments you receive: your customers pay you directly. A subscription renews each month until it is cancelled, and an account whose subscription has lapsed is suspended until it is renewed.
Subscription payments are made by wallet transfer to an Esaalat wallet. The subscription is extended once that transfer is verified, which depends on the wallet's confirmation alert reaching our monitoring app. Esaalat is not responsible for delays caused by a wallet provider or by your phone being offline.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
If you operate as a merchant or service provider, you are solely responsible for the goods and services you offer, their quality, delivery, and compliance with applicable laws. You must accurately describe your products or services and honor all commitments made to customers. Esaalat is not a party to transactions between merchants and consumers and is not responsible for disputes arising from such transactions.
Transfers are made directly between your customer and your wallet, so they are final once the wallet has completed them. Esaalat cannot refund or reverse a transfer, because the money never passes through us: only your wallet provider can do that, and only under its own rules. If a payment was matched to the wrong order, resolve it in your dashboard where the tools allow it, and contact our support team if you need help. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee a refund or a reversal.
All content, features, and functionality of the Esaalat platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Esaalat and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Esaalat is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esaalat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you paid to Esaalat in the six months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain platform availability 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without warning.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service, suspected fraud, illegal activity, non payment of a subscription, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account yourself at any time from your dashboard settings, and the deletion takes effect as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to past transactions and obligations.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of Esaalat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Yemen. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Esaalat shall be resolved in the competent courts of Yemen. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
